In these Terms and Conditions, the following definitions apply unless context requires otherwise:

• "ssg77" / "the Platform" / "we" / "us" / "our" refers to ssg77, the online casino and gaming platform accessible at ssg77.cam, including all associated services, games, payment systems, and communications.
• "Player" / "you" / "your" refers to any individual who registers for, accesses, or uses the ssg77 platform in any capacity.
• "Account" means the registered player account created on ssg77 through which a Player accesses services, holds a balance, and participates in games.
• "Real Money Play" means any wager placed on ssg77 using funds deposited to a player Account, as distinguished from any free-play or demo game modes.
• "Bonus Funds" means any promotional credits, free rounds, cashback amounts, or other non-deposited value awarded by ssg77 to a Player's Account subject to separate bonus terms.
• "KYC" (Know Your Customer) refers to the identity and age verification process required by ssg77 and applicable Philippine gaming regulations before a Player may complete withdrawal transactions.
• "PAGCOR" refers to the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation, the government agency responsible for regulating gambling activities in the Philippines.
• "Terms" refers to these Terms and Conditions in their entirety, as amended from time to time by ssg77.

By registering for an Account, depositing funds, or placing any wager on ssg77, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by these Terms and Conditions in full, including any additional policies incorporated by reference, such as the ssg77 Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy.

If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, you must not create an Account, access the ssg77 platform, or participate in any real-money game offered on ssg77.

To register and maintain an active Account on ssg77, a Player must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at all times:

• Be a natural person with full legal capacity to enter into a binding contract;

• Not be accessing the ssg77 platform using a virtual private network (VPN) or other technology to circumvent geographic or access restrictions.

Players must complete the ssg77 registration process accurately and in full. You agree to provide truthful, current, and complete information during registration, including your legal name, date of birth, residential address in the Philippines, email address, and mobile phone number.

ssg77 operates on a one Account per player policy. Each individual may hold only one registered Account. Attempting to register multiple Accounts — whether using different names, email addresses, mobile numbers, or device identifiers — constitutes a material breach of these Terms and will result in suspension of all associated Accounts and forfeiture of all balances therein.

ssg77 reserves the right to require Players to submit KYC documentation at any point, including but not limited to:

• A government-issued photographic identification document (Philippine passport, SSS ID, UMID, Driver's License, or Voter's ID);
• Proof of current residential address (utility bill, bank statement, or barangay certificate dated within 90 days);
• Proof of ownership of the payment method used for deposits (screenshot of GCash or PayMaya account matching the registered mobile number).

Failure to provide requested KYC documentation within the timeframe specified by ssg77 support may result in withdrawal restrictions being placed on the Account until verification is completed.

You are solely and entirely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your ssg77 Account credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication (2FA) codes associated with your Account.

You must not share your Account credentials with any other person. You must not permit any third party to access your Account. ssg77 will treat any action taken using your Account credentials as having been authorised by you, and will not be liable for any losses, account modifications, or transactions resulting from unauthorised access where you have failed to maintain appropriate credential security.

If you suspect that your Account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must notify ssg77 support immediately by contacting [email protected]. ssg77 will investigate and may temporarily suspend your Account pending the outcome of that investigation.

ssg77 accepts deposits via GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, Visa, and Mastercard. The minimum deposit amount is ₱100. Maximum deposit limits are subject to your Account tier and any applicable payment processor limits.

All deposits must be made from a payment method owned and registered in your own name. Deposits made from payment methods belonging to third parties are prohibited and will result in a suspension of withdrawal privileges until the source of funds can be verified. This requirement exists to comply with anti-money laundering (AML) obligations under Philippine law.

ssg77 does not charge processing fees on standard deposits. However, your payment provider (e.g., your bank or e-wallet operator) may impose its own transaction fees, which are beyond ssg77's control.

In the event that a deposit is credited to your ssg77 Account due to a technical error and exceeds the amount you actually transferred, you must notify ssg77 support immediately. You may not wager or withdraw any erroneously credited amount. ssg77 reserves the right to deduct erroneously credited funds at any time, including after they have been wagered.

The minimum withdrawal amount on ssg77 is ₱500. Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the Player's most recent deposit, in compliance with standard AML procedures. ssg77 does not process withdrawals to third-party accounts, credit cards not used for the original deposit, or accounts in names other than the registered Account holder.

Withdrawal requests are subject to a review period. Standard GCash and PayMaya withdrawals are typically processed within 5–30 minutes after approval. Bank transfer withdrawals may take 1–3 business days depending on the receiving institution. Processing times may be extended if KYC documentation is pending or if an Account is subject to a security review.

ssg77 reserves the right to conduct enhanced due diligence on any withdrawal request, which may include requesting additional identification documents, source-of-funds declarations, or bank statements. Players who refuse to cooperate with such requests may have their withdrawal withheld pending regulatory review.

Bonus Funds that have not satisfied applicable wagering requirements are not eligible for withdrawal. Only the real-money component of a Player's balance (net of unwagered bonuses) is available for withdrawal at any given time.

ssg77 offers bonuses and promotional campaigns to eligible Players from time to time. Each bonus or promotional offer is governed by specific terms published alongside the offer, including wagering requirements, eligible games, maximum bet restrictions, and expiry dates. In the event of any conflict between the general Terms and bonus-specific terms, the bonus-specific terms shall prevail for that particular promotion.

General bonus rules applicable to all ssg77 promotions include:

• Bonuses are available to one Account per household, per IP address, per device, and per payment method. Attempts to claim the same bonus from multiple Accounts or through shared devices will be treated as bonus abuse.
• Maximum bet sizes while wagering Bonus Funds are typically capped at ₱500 per round or as specified in the individual promotion. Bets exceeding the maximum permitted amount during a bonus wagering period may result in forfeiture of the bonus and any winnings derived from it.
• ssg77 reserves the right to withhold or reclaim any bonus, free play credit, or associated winnings if it reasonably suspects that a Player is engaging in irregular betting patterns designed to exploit or abuse bonus terms.
• Bonus offers may be modified or withdrawn at any time. Players who have already accepted and begun wagering under a bonus offer will continue under the terms applicable at the time of acceptance.
• Bonuses are not transferable between Accounts and have no cash value prior to meeting applicable wagering requirements.

All games available on ssg77 are operated in accordance with their published rules. In the event of a discrepancy between a game's visual display and the game server's recorded outcome, the server record shall be the definitive result.

All RNG-based games on ssg77 utilise certified random number generation technology that has been independently audited for fairness and unpredictability. Live dealer games are conducted in real time by human dealers using physical cards, wheels, or dice, with all sessions recorded for dispute resolution purposes.

Published Return-to-Player (RTP) percentages represent the theoretical long-run average return across a statistically significant number of rounds and do not guarantee any specific outcome in any individual session or time period.

In the event of a technical malfunction during a game — including but not limited to server disconnection, client-side crash, or game freeze — all affected bets will be voided and stakes returned to the Player's Account. ssg77 is not liable for any hypothetical winnings that may have resulted from a round that was not completed due to a technical failure.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the ssg77 platform and constitutes a material breach of these Terms:

• Using any automated software, bot, script, exploit, or artificial intelligence tool to access, interact with, or place wagers on ssg77 games;
• Engaging in collusion with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game, including poker or tournament formats;
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or tamper with any software used by ssg77 or its game providers;
• Engaging in any form of money laundering, including using the ssg77 platform to process funds derived from illegal activity;
• Using a VPN, proxy server, or other technology to circumvent geographic or access restrictions;
• Opening or using an Account on behalf of another person;
• Engaging in chargebacks, payment fraud, or any other scheme designed to obtain value from ssg77 without legitimate entitlement;
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing ssg77 staff, live dealers, or other players via any available communication channel on the platform.

ssg77 reserves the right to immediately suspend or permanently close any Account where prohibited conduct is identified, forfeit all balances associated with that Account, and refer the matter to relevant law enforcement or regulatory authorities where legally required.

All content on the ssg77 platform — including but not limited to logos, brand names, game interfaces, graphics, text, software code, and promotional materials — is the intellectual property of ssg77 or its licensed third-party game providers and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws.

Players are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the ssg77 platform solely for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms. This licence does not permit you to copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, publicly display, or create derivative works from any ssg77 content without prior written authorisation from ssg77.

ssg77 collects, processes, and retains personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using the ssg77 platform, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

ssg77 may be required by law, regulatory obligation, or court order to disclose Player data to PAGCOR, Philippine law enforcement agencies, financial intelligence units, or other competent authorities. Such disclosures will be made in accordance with applicable law and do not constitute a breach of ssg77's privacy obligations to the Player.

ssg77 is committed to promoting responsible gaming practices in accordance with PAGCOR requirements and its own policies. ssg77 provides the following responsible gaming tools, accessible to all registered Players within their Account settings:

• Deposit Limits: Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits. Limit reductions take effect immediately; limit increases are subject to a 72-hour cooling-off period.
• Session Time Limits: Players may set maximum session duration alerts that notify them when a continuous session reaches a specified time threshold.
• Loss Limits: Players may set a maximum loss amount per day, week, or month, after which the Account is restricted from placing further wagers until the limit period resets.
• Self-Exclusion: Players may voluntarily exclude themselves from ssg77 for a minimum period of 6 months. During a self-exclusion period, the Account is suspended and no login or wagering is permitted. Self-exclusion cannot be reversed before the selected period expires.
• Reality Check: Players may activate periodic pop-up notifications displaying total session duration and net session result at intervals they select.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, ssg77's total liability to any Player arising out of or in connection with these Terms, the platform, or any game shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Player into their Account in the 12 months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

ssg77 shall not be liable — whether in contract, tort, negligence, or otherwise — for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or emotional distress, even if ssg77 has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

ssg77 does not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free access to the platform. Scheduled and unscheduled maintenance, software updates, third-party provider outages, and telecommunications infrastructure failures may temporarily affect Platform availability. ssg77 shall not be liable for any losses arising from Platform unavailability beyond what is recoverable under applicable consumer protection law.

In the event of any dispute relating to your ssg77 Account, a game result, a payment transaction, or any other aspect of your use of the Platform, you must contact ssg77 customer support at [email protected] in the first instance. ssg77 will endeavour to resolve all Player complaints within 10 business days of receipt.

If a complaint cannot be resolved through ssg77's internal process, and the dispute relates to a matter within PAGCOR's regulatory jurisdiction, Players may escalate the matter to PAGCOR through its official player complaint procedures.

All disputes shall be governed by Philippine law. By accepting these Terms, you agree that any legal proceedings arising out of or relating to these Terms shall be brought exclusively in the competent courts of the Philippines.

ssg77's decision on game results and technical matters — including outcomes of RNG-based games and live dealer rounds — is final in all cases where the underlying game server log and dealing records corroborate the recorded outcome.

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. The parties submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Philippines for the resolution of any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms, without regard to conflict of law principles that would otherwise apply the law of another jurisdiction.

ssg77 operates in compliance with applicable Philippine gaming regulations, including those administered by PAGCOR, and with applicable Philippine data privacy law under Republic Act No. 10173 (Data Privacy Act of 2012) and its implementing rules and regulations.

ssg77 reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, ssg77 will notify registered Players by email or by posting a prominent notice on the ssg77 platform for a period of at least 7 calendar days before the amended Terms take effect.

If a Player does not agree to the amended Terms, they must cease using the ssg77 platform and may request account closure by contacting [email protected] before the effective date of the amendment. Continued use of the Platform after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the amended Terms.

The version of these Terms dated and published on this page is the version currently in effect. Previous versions are archived and available upon written request.
